Dear Parents and Students:

Our next nine-week course to prepare for the spring/summer administration dates of the ACT (April 13 and June 8) and the SAT (May 4 and June 1) will begin on Sunday, February 10th, and will continue on the following Sunday evenings through April 14. There will be no class meeting on March 10, since it is the weekend at the beginning of Spring Break for Alamo Heights schools. Classes will be held at the Alamo Heights United Methodist Church, 825 E. Basse Road, in classroom W 105, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm.
The instructors for the course are Stephen Hudson (Math) and Gurkan Bekar (Verbal), both experienced teachers who are knowledgeable about the content and structure of the SAT and ACT. Please refer to MEET OUR STAFF at www.hambyconsulting.com to learn more about their professional and educational backgrounds.
The students will receive the Ivy Global SAT Guide, Second Edition, and The Official ACT Prep Guide 2018 as materials for the course. Each text contains ample practice sections, full tests, as well as specific review of content. The course is designed to enable students to perform at their potential and to improve their test taking skills in general.
The tuition for the course is $925.00. The registration limit for the course is 20 students. Please contact the teacher, Stephen Hudson, for information regarding the class.
